HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - Identify Your Cause
Find a charitable organization or cause your family or group would like to support. They may host a specific event, such as a beach cleanup or fun run. Or, they may have ongoing volunteer opportunities, such as food delivery or dog walking.
Step 2 -
If you would like MCS to promote your event to the MCS community, fill out the form and submit it to the MCS office at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Alternatively, you may fill out your request online here.
If the event
aligns with MCS' mission, we will list your event on the
Project Ideas page, and provide you with a support
packet with tips and tricks for organizing your event. If
you do not require this support, please proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 - Document It
After completing your successful event, please remember to tell us about it and share your pictures so that it will count towards our goal of 40 Acts. Simply fill out the online form here. Pictures can be submitted to email@example.com.
Remember, to qualify as an MCS 40 Acts of Service project, your event must occur between April 1, 2013 and April 30, 2014. Completed projects and photos can be found here.
